Terms & Conditions

Ergo Transportation provides airport transfer, private driver, and corporate transportation services across Ghana. Our platform allows you to search, compare, and book transportation services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

We offer the following service types:

• Airport Transfers: Point-to-point transfers between Kotoka International Airport (ACC) and destinations within Greater Accra and beyond.
• Private Driver: Hourly or per-trip private driver services for business, corporate, and leisure travel.
• Corporate Travel: Dedicated account management, invoicing, and priority booking for businesses and organizations.

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
• A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details (pickup location, date, time, destination, flight number) are accurate at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

• All prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are fixed at the time of booking and are not subject to surge pricing or dynamic adjustments.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• We accept payments through Paystack via Visa, Mastercard, and MTN Mobile Money (MoMo).
• Additional charges may apply for extras selected during the booking process (child seats, extra luggage, champagne service, etc.).
• Corporate accounts with approved credit terms will be invoiced according to the agreed payment schedule.

4.1 Airport Transfers & Point-to-Point Trips

• Free cancellation: Up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time — full refund.
• Late cancellation: Within 4 hours of pickup — 50% refund.
• No-show: If you do not arrive at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time — no refund.

4.2 Private Driver Services (Hourly)

• Free cancellation: Up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time — full refund.
• Late cancellation: Within 12 hours — 50% refund of the base booking amount.
• No-show: Full charge applies.

4.3 How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please use the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email, or contact us at info@ergonexusltd.com or WhatsApp +233 501 275 819. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

We track all flights in real-time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup timeat no extra cost. You do not need to contact us — we monitor your flight and will be there when you land.

• Please ensure your flight number is provided at the time of booking.
• If your flight is cancelled, please contact us to reschedule or cancel your booking under our cancellation policy.
• For non-airport pickups, schedule changes must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance.

• Airport pickups: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time. After 60 minutes, a waiting fee of GHS 20 per additional 15 minutes may apply.
• Other pickups (hotel, residence, office): 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
• Private driver hourly bookings: The booking time starts at the agreed start time, regardless of passenger arrival.

• Provide accurate and complete pickup and destination information.
• Ensure that all passengers and luggage are ready at the agreed pickup time.
• Children must be properly secured in appropriate child seats. Car seats are available as an optional extra and must be requested at the time of booking.
• Do not exceed the vehicle's maximum passenger or luggage capacity as specified during booking.
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the booking customer.
• Smoking, eating, and consumption of alcohol (unless pre-arranged) are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• All our drivers are fully licensed, insured, and undergo background verification.
• Vehicles are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and mechanical reliability.
• If a vehicle different from the one booked is provided due to operational requirements, we will ensure it is of an equivalent or higher class.
• You will receive your driver's name, photo, and vehicle details before pickup.

• Our Liability: Ergo Transportation is not liable for delays or failures caused by traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, acts of God, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure timely service.
• Your Liability: You are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles during the course of the booking due to negligence or willful misconduct.
• Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total amount paid for that specific booking.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles. Please check the vehicle before leaving.

All Ergo vehicles are covered by comprehensive commercial passenger insurance. In the unlikely event of an accident, all passengers are covered under our policy. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.

• Corporate accounts are subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) and credit terms.
• Corporate clients may designate authorized employees or guests for booking privileges.
• The corporate account holder is responsible for all bookings made under their account.
• Invoicing terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The partner referral program is subject to separate terms provided at enrollment.
• Ergo reserves the right to modify or terminate the partner program at any time with 30 days' notice.
• Commissions are paid in accordance with the commission schedule provided at enrollment.

• All content on the Ergo website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ergo Transportation and is protected by Ghanaian and international copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for users who violate these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
• If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved by mediation in Accra, Ghana.
• If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally resolved by the courts of Ghana.

Ergo Transportation reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on our website.
